Job Summary
Summary
This position is located at Redstone Arsenal Alabama.
Incentives and Bonuses
- Incentives will not be paid.
- Will provide care for program participants in compliance with DoD Army and local policies guidance and standards. Will interact with patrons and deliver superior patron experience.
- Encourages patron interest participation and helps promote a positive golf experience.
- Completes designated training requirements and records completed training on own in a developmental capacity assists in the daily operation of the Golf Activity.
- Carries out instructions and directives as necessary to operate a fluid profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base. Assists in the marketing and promotion of the golf activity and programs.
- Provides golf instructions to individuals and groups. Assists in the scheduling and conducting of golf related activities and tournaments. Performs other duties assigned.
Conditions of employment

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Position necessity based on installation program size and operational needs.
Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following:
- Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.
- Must possess the ability to instruct the game of golf as evidenced through completion or current enrollment in pursuit of Class A PGA Certification.
