Client Bio: We are two brothers looking for a caring dependable DSP who is patient kind and enjoys working with kids. Our ideal caregiver lives near Lowell Fall Creek or Dexter and can stay calm and consistent while supporting either a busy toddler or a spirited teenager at different times (you will never be scheduled with both at the same time). One of us is a teenager learning to manage big emotions and can sometimes get frustrated or upset while the other is an energetic little one who loves to explore and needs close supervision support with safety and guidance with behaviors like elopement expressing needs and occasional outbursts. Were looking for someone strong confident and consistent - someone who communicates well with Mom keeps us safe and can stay grounded while navigating challenging moments. If you love connecting with kids laughing together and bringing positivity and stability to our days youll be a wonderful fit for our family.

Who Were Looking For
18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
Own a smartphone
Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
Drivers license and insurance for some roles
Must own a car to travel for this client to meet them at different locations for the shift
