GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Reports to: Building Principal Assistant Director of Title I Executive Director of Federal Funds
Term of Employment: 2025-2026 School year
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Works individually or in small groups with students under the direct supervision and in close proximity of a certified teacher providing intervention support in reading language arts and math for the after school tutoring program
MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree completion of 60 credit hours from an accredited college/university or successful completion of the Para-Pro examination. Ability to follow directions; work as a team with staff and students and display mature and professional judgment when dealing with students and adults. Prior experience in working with children in a primary school environment is desirable. Individuals with previous experience working in a school setting will be given priority.
