Warehouse Supervisor

Your Role

As Warehouse Team Supervisor you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading motivating and supervising a team of warehouse operatives and pickers
Ensuring orders are picked packed and dispatched accurately and on time
Maintaining high standards of organisation safety and hygiene within the warehouse
Monitoring team performance and providing coaching training and ongoing support
Assisting with daily planning and scheduling of warehouse activities
Working closely with management to achieve operational targets and deadlines

What We Are Looking For

Previous warehouse experience ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Strong organisational skills and a practical solutions-focused mindset
Reliable hands-on and positive with a strong work ethic
Flexibility with working hours (start times and schedules to be discussed)
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
