Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Visa Manager to join our travel management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with visa applications managing documentation processes and ensuring smooth visa processing operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and review visa applications for various destinations
  • Guide clients through visa requirements and documentation processes
  • Handle online visa application submissions and tracking
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in Excel spreadsheets
  • Prepare invoices and manage billing processes for visa services
  • Coordinate with embassies consulates and visa processing centers
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the visa application journey
  • Follow up on pending applications and communicate status updates to clients

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Visa Knowledge:Comprehensive understanding of visa requirements processes and regulations for major international destinations
  • Online Application Processing:Proficiency in various online visa application portals and e-visa systems
  • Excel Proficiency:Basic to intermediate Excel skills including data entry formatting and basic formulas
  • Billing & Accounting:Understanding of invoicing payment processing and basic accounting principles

Soft Skills

  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written communication for emails and documentation
    • Strong verbal communication for client consultations and phone interactions
    • Ability to explain complex visa requirements in simple terms
    • Managing Team and providing guidance
    • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Professional client relationship management
    • Ability to work collaboratively with team members
    • Cultural sensitivity when dealing with international clients
    • Problem-solving abilities and patience in challenging situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in travel industry or visa processing
  • Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
  • Multilingual capabilities
  • Customer service experience
