About the Role
Were looking for a Director Data Analytics and AI to join our Technology team. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer youllbe translatingMealSuitesbusiness priorities into a Data and AI roadmap& owningdata engineering advanced machine learningand business impactwhile partnering with Product EngineeringSalesand Customer Experience to deliver measurable ROI.
What Youll Do
- Lead the designand execution of the data analytics platform Data storageETLMLOps.
- Build lead and coach a multidisciplinary teamofadataarchitectdata scientists data analysts and ML/AI engineers.
- Buildand leadAI feature development including LLM-poweredworkflows RAG and AI-assisted product experiences.
- Lead development practicesof predictive and prescriptive data models to help visualize and solvebusiness and customer problems.
- Own the database redesign implementationand migrationto meet current and future scalability needs.
What You Bring
- 10 years of experience in data analytics orboth ML/AI roles including 3 years of experience in leadership.
- Advanced degree in CS data science statistics or related field.
- Experience with learning frameworks (TensorFlowPyTorch)and LLM technologies & Agile tools MiroProductBoard Jira Confluence.
- High-level skills indesigning data architectures and pipelines.
- Proven ability to productionize models and AI features.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required).
Compensation: $152500$186800 CAD per year
This role requires working onsite in our Cambridge ON office two days per week.
