The Corporate Director overseeing Workforce Programs provides national leadership strategic oversight and operational direction for all Workforce Centers within the organizations portfolio. The Corporate Director serves as the primary liaison between corporate leadership Center Directors workforce stakeholders federal leaders and strategic partners ensuring Workforce Programs operate at peak performance while advancing innovation workforce alignment and mission impact. - Drive student outcome performance including enrollment retention behavior credential attainment work-based learning and graduate placement.
- Oversee operational financial and risk management functions across centers ensuring responsible stewardship of federal funds.
- Lead coach and hold Center Directors and corporate support staff accountable for results standards and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary corporate liaison to DOL workforce partners employers and key stakeholders to advance strategic partnerships and mission impact.
- Lead special initiatives pilot programs and corrective action plans to address performance gaps or advance innovation.
- Support contract re-bids expansions and new Center start-ups and transitions including proposal development and transition planning.
- Prepare for and respond to audits assessments investigations congressional inquiries and high-visibility issues in coordination with Legal and Compliance.
- Represent the organization at national conferences DOL briefings Capitol Hill visits partnership meetings and external stakeholder forums.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance HR IT Facilities Safety and Communications to ensure integrated center support.
- Provide executive briefings reports technical guides procedures and recommendations to senior leadership and governing boards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support organizational priorities and mission success.
- Plan and execute training and other deliverables per the Policy and Requirement Handbook (PRH) Change Notice and Information Notice training to support compliance.
