The Commercial Banking Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team is looking for a strategic analytical and energetic team lead to support the Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) organization. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity on our F&BM team ensuring senior management and business stakeholders across the Firm have visibility into major initiatives lending portfolios financials and data insights to achieve their strategic objectives. This role will lead a Stakeholder Engagement team that partners closely with senior Operations leaders and key partners across CB Finance Business Management and Data & Analytics teams to enable effective end-to-end execution.

Responsibilities

Business Management:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to WLS and CB F&BM leadership shaping and communicating business strategy performance projections and trends through executive-level presentations
• Design monthly and quarterly business management and financial reporting packages to communicate business results in a transparent and concise manner to all constituents
• Coordinate deliverables with business managers finance operations teams and product organizations to support business priorities and transformation initiatives
• Analyze large amounts of data to create impactful analysis to assist in developing WLS strategy
• Ability to take analysis and create executive level presentation using PitchPro

Financials/Data Analytics:

• Partner with WLS and CB F&BM team to budget and forecast headcount and direct expenses
• Partner and support the build out and enhancement of capacity models across WLS functions and activities
• Participate in the activity based costing process used to allocate expenses across LOBs and downstream client profitability system
• Ensure robust financial controls and data integrity to support strategic decision-making

Educational/Work Experience Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or other related area with MBA preferred
• Experience leading large diverse teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
• 15 years of relevant experience in Business Management Operations or Consulting
• Advanced presentation skills and ability to tell the story on initiatives
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
• Self-motivated tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
• Ability to work collaboratively; develop strong partnership with multiple levels of employees
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail with logical thought process
