About the Role
Our client is the leading AI-powered recruiting marketplace disrupting the way the worlds most influential companies hire talent. After 10x-ing revenue in the last year and reaching 8 figures in ARR they are now aggressively expanding their Legal Recruiting Vertical.
Three months into the launch of this vertical our client already partners with five of the AM Law 100 and top boutique firms across the U.S. We are seeking an elite Account Executive with deep roots in legal recruiting to own this verticals growth. You will run the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and work closely with leadership to scale this division from $10M to $100M. This is a founding style role for someone who knows the legal market inside and out but wants to dominate it using a superior tech-enabled platform.

Legal Recruiting Expert: You have 410 years of experience owning business development at a legal recruiting agency.
Book of Business: You have a proven ability to build a book of business and win new law firm clients from scratch.
Elite Performer: You are a consistent Top Biller or Top Producer with a history of beating quotas and rapid promotions.
High Standards: You possess outstanding achievements in other competitive domains (e.g. degree from a top-tier university varsity athlete or similar).
Direct & Ambitious: You thrive in a low-ego high-accountability environment and are ready to grind to build something historic.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and close new business opportunities within top-tier law firms and legal departments.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final contract execution.
Act as a subject matter expert to refine the companys legal vertical strategy.
Collaborate onsite 5 days a week with the GTM team to share insights and accelerate growth.
