DESCRIPTION

The Silver Lake school district is seeking a dynamic building leader who demonstrates strong effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students staff families and the broader school community. The successful candidate should possess proven elementary level instructional leadership experience including a deep understanding of Professional Learning Communities (PLC) practices the use of data-driven interventions to support student learning and must possess or be in the process of adding the Seal of Literacy. A strong commitment to appropriate student development in mathematics and literacy across PreK6 grade levels is essential.

This position is a 12-month contract and reports to the Superintendent of Schools.

Starting salary range will be $85000 - $95000 with adjustments for experiences and advanced trainings.

This position will have access to district-provided benefits and various PTO options.
