ER Implementation Coordinator (6Month Secondment)
Birmingham City Council is embarking on a significant Employee Relations (ER) implementation programme and were looking for a highly organised and proactive ER Implementation Coordinator to support this important piece of work. This is a 6month secondment opportunity for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and enjoys coordinating people processes and data to deliver smooth highquality outcomes.
About the Role
As the ER Implementation Coordinator you will play a central role in organising managing and reporting on a councilwide training programme. Youll be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of learning activities from scheduling sessions and booking rooms to managing communications and producing accurate reports.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in HR or Learning & Development coordination who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellent service.
