About the Role

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join an international travel support this role you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries while delivering high-quality customer experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

Monday Friday: 09:0020:00
Saturday Sunday: 10:0019:00
365 days a year
Bank holidays paid double

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries related to travel bookings reservations changes and cancellations

Provide accurate and timely travel information via phone email and/or chat

Assist customers with itinerary changes refunds and special requests

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly support

Follow internal procedures quality standards and service-level agreements (SLAs)

Escalate complex cases when needed and ensure proper follow-up

Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience

Candidate Profile

Fluency in Danish and good command of English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 1900 gross/month
Bonus: Up to 250/month
Contract Type:
- Full-time
- Part-time (minimum 50% / 20 hours per week)
