Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries related to travel bookings reservations changes and cancellationsProvide accurate and timely travel information via phone email and/or chatAssist customers with itinerary changes refunds and special requests
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly support
Follow internal procedures quality standards and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Escalate complex cases when needed and ensure proper follow-up
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
Candidate Profile
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 1900 gross/month Bonus: Up to 250/month
