About the Role:
The role involves supporting end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations by assisting in requirement analysis solution design and system configuration. The candidate will work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and post-implementation support.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations across the full project lifecycle.
- Assist in analysing business requirements and providing functional Odoo solutions.
- Work on multiple projects with varying scopes under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and milestones.
- Support configuration testing UAT and go-live activities.
- Provide functional support to existing clients post-implementation.
- Work under deadlines while maintaining delivery quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in IT Business Management Accounting or a related field. Basic understanding of ERP systems; exposure to Odoo is an added advantage.
- Ability to analyse business processes and document functional requirements.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Willingness to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
