Job Summary

Responsibilities
Host and present live games in a professional broadcast studio
Interact with online players in Russian in an engaging and entertaining way
Open manage and close live games on camera
Maintain high presentation standards and studio procedures
Create a positive atmosphere and premium player experience
Continuously improve performance through coaching and training
Requirements
Native or fluent Russian
Working knowledge of English
High School Diploma
Valid passport
Willingness to relocate to Bucharest Romania
Availability for rotating shifts (3-shift system 40h/week)
Ability to stay calm and precise under pressure
Professional attitude and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
Strong communication skills and on-camera confidence
Energetic personality and friendly presence
Ability to adapt entertainment style to different audiences
