We are seeking a highly organized and compliance-driven Logistics and Stores Manager (M/F/X) to lead logistics and inventory operations and ensure optimal fleet availability.
Logistics and Stores Manager H215 Fleet (M/F/X)

Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Your Mission
As Logistics and Stores Manager you will oversee all logistics warehousing and inventory activities to ensure the timely and compliant flow of parts tools and consumables. Your role is critical to maintaining airworthiness reducing downtime and supporting our field operations with precision and reliability.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound logistics warehousing and inventory control for the H215 fleet
- Oversee receiving inspection and storage of parts tools and hazardous goods per EASA and OEM standards
- Ensure traceability and compliance with EASA Part-145 and Dangerous Goods regulations
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Planning to fulfill material requests and reduce turnaround time
- Optimize stock levels perform cycle counts and track consumption trends
- Prepare and maintain customs documentation shipping records and import/export compliance
- Develop procedures for tool tracking calibration and material handling
- Use ERP or MRO systems to manage stock status reporting and procurement planning
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure continuous improvement in logistics performance
QSE (Quality Safety Environment) Responsibilities
- Apply ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 practices in logistics and warehouse operations
- Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous materials
- Conduct safety briefings report incidents and support audits
- Promote environmental best practices in material storage and packaging
- Participate in QSE improvement initiatives and training
Your Profile
- Proven experience in aviation logistics or MRO warehouse management preferably in the rotary-wing sector
- Strong knowledge of EASA Part-145 dangerous goods handling and customs regulations
- Skilled in using warehouse or ERP systems for inventory tracking and planning
- Familiarity with tool management rotables and component traceability in aviation
- High attention to detail structured organization and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); Greek and/or French is a plus
- Knowledge of ISO and 45001 standards
- Effective leadership and team coordination experience
