Job Description
- Lead and manage complex commercial real estate and multifamily transactions from start to close
- Play a central role in acquisitions dispositions development deals joint ventures and financings
- Draft negotiate and review core transaction documents and closing materials
- Supervise junior associates and coordinate deal teams efficiently
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients lenders and outside counsel
- Support multiple active matters in a fast-paced deal-driven environment
Qualifications
- 3 years of transactional commercial real estate experience
- Meaningful exposure to multifamily development or financing transactions
- Experience running a deal or taking ownership of transaction workflows
- Strong drafting negotiation and issue-spotting skills
- Licensed to practice law in New York
