Were looking for a Client Experience Coordinator who enjoys helping people keeping things organized and making sure no detail falls through the this role youll be a friendly reliable point of support for our clientshandling communication coordinating requests and helping ensure every interaction feels smooth and thoughtful.

What Youll Do

Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via email phone and messaging platforms

Support day-to-day coordination and assist with service-related requests

Share clear accurate information tailored to each clients needs

Keep client records organized and up to date

Proactively follow up to ensure a positive and consistent client experience

Use internal tools and systems to manage workflows efficiently

Who You Are

  • A clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized detail-oriented and dependable

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Open to learning new tools systems and processes

  • Committed to delivering professional consistent client support

Experience in customer service administrative roles hospitality or retail is helpfulbut not required.
