This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless professional and positive experience for clients throughout their journey with our academy. Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
Coordinate and manage client communications to ensure timely and professional responses
Support onboarding processes and ongoing client engagement
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently
Assist in improving processes that enhance overall client satisfaction
Uphold company standards of professionalism and service excellence
