The Roles
Role Solicitor with a strong background in Commercial Development including experience with:

Promotion Agreements
-
Option Agreements
-
Section 106 Agreements
Requirement: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE
Key Responsibilities
-
Managing a mixed caseload of commercial property and development matters
-
Handling acquisitions refinances and drafting/negotiating leases and development agreements
-
Providing high-quality legal advice on planning construction and financing matters within commercial development

Drafting and negotiating legal documents including:
-
Leases
-
Sale & Purchase Agreements
-
Overage Agreements
-
Promotion Agreements
-
Pre-emption Agreements
-
Development Contracts
-
-
Building and maintaining relationships with clients agents developers and third-party advisors
-
Keeping up to date with legal and market developments
-
Managing your own caseload and supporting senior team members on complex matters
Essential Skills & Experience

Qualified Solicitor (minimum 1 year PQE)

Strong drafting negotiation and communication skills

Excellent organisation and time management

Commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical solution-focused advice
