Job Summary
6-month contract
Quantum Insights is seeking a highly motivated and driven IT Intern to join our team for a 6-month contract. As a leading provider of data analytics and consulting services we are committed to providing our clients with innovative solutions and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in the IT industry.
As an IT Intern you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced IT team and assist in various projects and tasks. You will be exposed to a wide range of technologies and systems allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge in a real-world setting. This is a full-time position that will provide you with valuable experience and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor and maintain network and server systems
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Support end-users with technical inquiries and provide training when necessary
- Document and maintain IT procedures and protocols
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous internship or work experience in an IT role is a plus
