- Multi-channel support: Assist customers professionally through phone email and live chat

Accurate documentation: Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems with attention to detail

Escalations: Identify complex urgent or sensitive cases and escalate according to established procedures

Team collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and improve service quality

Quality & targets: Consistently meet service KPIs quality standards and response-time goals

Ongoing learning: Stay updated on automotive products policies and best practices to deliver excellent support
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- A degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
