What Makes This Role Great:

In this role youll be a key guardian of our EMEA revenue stream directly influencing Trimbles financial health by balancing risk management with high-level customer diplomacy across the German market.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Manage customer credit limits and ensure compliance with company policies

• Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes

• Conduct credit checks and analyze customer creditworthiness

• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Order Management and Cash Application) to ensure seamless order processing and payment collection

• Maintain accurate records and reports on customer credit and payment history

• Identify and mitigate potential credit risk
  

Essential Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in credit management or collections.

• Strong analytical communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in credit management software and Microsoft Office. Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is a plus.

• Languages: German and English (fluency in both languages is mandatory since you will be working with customers from Germany.)

• Additional Languages: Nice to have (e.g. Japanese Dutch French Spanish Italian etc.)
