Were hiring a Pediatrician who wants a rewarding outpatient career with a balanced schedule strong support and opportunities to make a meaningful impact on children and families.

Youll step into a primary care role focused on a pediatric population delivering comprehensive care from infancy through adolescence. Youll provide preventive care patient education and collaborate with your care team to assess plan and implement patient care with full support from staff and leadership.

Youll practice in Deltona Florida a welcoming city centrally located in Volusia County with family-friendly neighborhoods abundant parks and strong schools while enjoying convenient access to Orlando Daytona Beach pristine beaches and outdoor recreation.

Monday Thursday 8:00 AM 5:30 PM; Friday 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
1 hour per day dedicated to administrative responsibilities
2025 patients per day (15-minute visits)
High autonomy with a supportive care team
Competitive pay range: $200000 $235000/year based on experience
Opportunity for student loan repayment and CME support
Use of EMR in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment

You are Board Certified in Pediatrics

Youre comfortable managing preventive care and treatment plans for a pediatric population
You value team-based culturally competent care
MD/DO from an accredited medical school and active Florida medical license

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $200000 $235000/year based on experience
Health Insurance: Employer pays 75% (Employee: $66.19$151.86 biweekly)
