The pediatric department is well supported with experienced physicians nursing staff medical assistants and administrative personnel providing a stable and efficient outpatient care setting.
Position Summary
The organization is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatrician to join its well-established outpatient pediatric clinic in Idaho.
This opportunity is available due to the planned retirement of a long-standing pediatrician in late 2027 allowing for a smooth transition into an established patient panel and respected practice.
The role focuses on providing comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient setting with a collaborative team of pediatricians and experienced support staff. Essential Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for infants children and adolescents
Conduct routine well-child visits preventive care and management of acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Manage an average patient volume of 2530 patients per day
Participate in a 1:6 call rotation
Collaborate with a team of pediatricians nursing staff and medical assistants to ensure coordinated patient care
Educate patients and families regarding child health development vaccinations and preventive care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Participate in quality initiatives and team-based care programs
Schedule
Clinic Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Flexible schedule with 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours per week
Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
Eligible for Idaho medical licensure and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting at $250000 plus wRVU production incentive or optional pure production model
$50000 sign-on bonus
