LeadEmployee Relations Partner
Locations:Hyderabad/Mumbai India
This positionis responsible forproviding expert advice and support to managers and employees on workplace issues ensuring compliance withIndiaemployment laws managing conflicts conducting investigations and promoting positive employee relations within the organization.The positionalso willprovidesome ERsupporttooperations inother Regions andto theoverallglobal ER function.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising on Employment Law:Provide guidance to managers and employees on interpreting and applyingIndiaemployment law including issues related to performance management disciplinary action leave entitlements termination of employment and workplace harassment.
Conflict Resolution:Facilitateconstructive dialogue between employees and managers to resolve workplace disputes including mediation and conflict coaching aiming for amicable solutions.
Workplace Investigations:Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints related to misconduct performance issues discrimination or harassment ensuring due process and documenting findings effectively.
Case Management:Handle a caseload of employee relations issuestrackingprogress escalating complex cases to senior HR and providingtimelyupdates to relevant stakeholders.
Policy Interpretation:Interpret and apply company employment policies ensuring consistency and fairness in decision-making.
Training and Development:Deliver training programs to managers on key employee relations topics like performance management disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevantemploymentlegislation andstay updated on legislative changesand support periodic audits to ensure compliance with policy.
Projects:Devisedevelopand contribute toprojects supportingthe global ER function.
What You Will Bring:
A bachelors degree in human resources Industrial Relations Law ora relatedfield is preferred.
A minimum of4-6 years relevant experience as an Employee Relations Partner.Alternatively8-10 years ofexperience in a generalist HR role withastrong focus on employee relations.

Conflict resolutionexpertise:Proven ability to effectively manage and resolve workplace conflicts through mediation and other techniques.
Investigative skills:Experience conducting thorough and impartial workplace investigations adhering to due process.
Strong communicationskills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees managers and senior leadership.
Analytical skills:Ability to analyze data and trends toidentifypotential employee relations issues and develop proactive solutions.
Relationship building:Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Proactive technology/automation/improvementmindset:Continuous improvement thinkeralways considering ifthereisa smarter/betterway to get work doneand then supportingimplementationof the improvement.
Engage support and drive projects:work towardsautomation of HR business processes through business enterprise applications and other available technology.
Proficiencyin MS Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook
Highproficiencyin Excel preferred
