Essential Job Functions:
Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies that directly support business priorities. Translating them into clear marketing direction and measurable outcomes.
Serve as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders to align priorities influence decision-making and ensure marketing investment is focused on the highest-value opportunities.
Own performance of the marketing strategy establishing success metrics monitoring progress and proactively adjusting approach based on business impact market dynamics and data-driven insights.
Guide and enable marketing teams by setting strategic priorities providing clarity on goals and expectations and ensuring teams are aligned to a unified strategywhile empowering execution leaders to deliver.
Leverage market intelligence customer insights and competitive trends to develop strategic recommendations that inform leadership decisions and shape long-term marketing direction.
Lead cross-functional planning and orchestration ensuring marketing strategy is tightly integrated with broader corporate initiatives and executed cohesively across regions partners and channels.
Communicate strategy progress and impact to leadership delivering clear narratives insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making and investment prioritization.
Engage in initiatives with key external partnerships ensuring partner strategies and programs align with business objectives and extend market influence in a meaningful measurable way.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing business or a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
8 years of progressive experience in marketing strategy or related business roles including experience leading strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders in complex or matrixed organizations.
Proven experience developing and owning marketing strategies
Strong leadership and advisory capability with experience guiding teams setting strategic direction and driving alignment across functional teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to define success metrics interpret performance and translate insights into strategic recommendations
A continuous learner who applies industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
