Program Duration
Our program runs approximately40 hoursper week June 1stthrough midAugust.
The Impact You Will Have
In this internship you will work with the 299 Commercial Sales Team supportingnew sales renewal business and account support activities for our small group and middlemarket clients. This role provides handson exposure to sales operations account management processes and internal systems that directly support our customers and organizational goals.
Your Responsibilities
Support the team by running scheduled and ad hoc reports.
Lead andassistin updates to a teamwide resource by curating content reviewing materials and creating job aids for processes and tasks.
Assist the Sales and Account Management Team with the technology and tools used for quoting new business implementing new groups managing renewals andmaintainingmembership information.
Manage multiple projects assigned by Sales and Account Management leadership collaborating with Account Managers Account Advisors and internal partners to support service requests and customer needs.
Required Skills and Experiences
To be considered for this internship youmust meet the followingminimumrequirements:
Must be enrolled in an educational program for the duration of the internship.
Completed at least one year (2 semesters or credits equivalent) by the start of the internship
Working knowledge ofWord Excel PowerPoint and OneNote.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
Ability to gather categorize and prioritize information.
Professional demeanor positive attitude and a customer service orientation
Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technical skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment including being on-site at least 2 days per week.

Role Designation

Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration. We come together in the office two days each week most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships creativity and alignment. The rest of the week you are empowered to work remote.
Compensation and Benefits
$22.50 - $23.50 - $24.50 HourlyPay is based on several factors which vary based on position including skills ability and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
