Were seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson to support our Nissan dealership. Youll assist retail customers service advisors and technicians by identifying sourcing and selling the correct parts and accessories. This role includes counter sales inventory support and basic warehouse tasks. Schedule:TuesdaySaturday.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter; look up and sell required parts.
- Process transactions and bill repair orders accurately.
- Handle special orders and notify customers when parts arrive.
- Support inventory tasks including cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
- Receive and stock incoming parts shipments.
- Maintain an organized parts counter and stockroom.
- Fulfill ecommerce orders and respond to online inquiries.
- Prepare outgoing deliveries and coordinate with drivers.
- Log lost sales and assist with general partsrelated questions.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Experience in wholesale dealership parts
- Very reliable and accountable.
- Hard working.
- Eager to learn and take on more responsibility.
- Team oriented.
- Customer oriented.
- Strong people skills.
- Sense of urgency.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Must have valid drivers license and driving record in good standing.
Preferred but not required:
- CDK knowledge
- Computer experience preferred
