Job Summary

Were seeking an experienced technology sales leader to join our AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team and help shape the future of healthcare and life sciences in North this role youll partner with our most strategic HCLS customers to design transformative programs focused on AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI IT modernization and cloud migration.

What Youll Do
Youll serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and SVPs across Digital IT AI and key business functionsfrom Clinical Development to Commercial to Manufacturing. Working alongside ProServe sales delivery teams and specialist groups like the GenAI Innovation Center youll design solutions that achieve meaningful business outcomes for our customers.

This role combines leadership and hands-on engagement. Youll guide and coach your team while directly developing large programmatic deals for selected accounts. Success in this position is measured through revenue billable bookings team engagement and customer satisfaction (NPS CSAT).

Key job responsibilities
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet team targets and drive revenue growth

- Cultivating executive customer relationships earning trust credibility and shaping new opportunities

- Leveraging deep AWS knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutions that work backwards from customers objectives

- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and driving executional rigor and accurate forecasting and reporting to optimize operational processes and manage risk

- 7 years of solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry experience
- Experience in full sales cycle technology sales sales engineering/consulting or equivalent business development
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with cloud technologies and AI GenAI and agentic-AI solutions and services and transformations
- 7 years of technology sales and 3 years of management experience

- Experience with communication presentation and negotiation
- Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnership building
- Experience with AWS products and services
- Experience managing P&L
- 5 years of team leadership hiring and development experience
- Experience shaping and delivering at-scale AI/GenAI/Agentic AI transformations with HCLS customers
- Advanced degree in relevant discipline (Biomedical MD Computer Science)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments restricted stock units (RSUs) and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
