Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate daily scrum meetings with the development team
- Work closely with product owners to prioritize and deliver tasks
- Remove impediments to the teams progress and ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices
- Track and report team progress sprint velocity and overall project health
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals
- Continuously improve team processes and performance
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in Agile software development
- Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Experience in the financial services industry
