Responsibilities:
- Greetcustomers promptly
- Obtains customer and vehicle information
- Write upall items items asdescribed by the customer
- Determineand recommendneeded maintenance based on age mileage and vehicle history
- Preparecomplete and accurate estimate of cost of repairs for labor and parts
- Establishfollow-up time and communicate it to the customer
- Monitorthe progress of each vehicle throughout the day updating customers frequently
- Verifiythat the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explainall completed work and charges to the customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role
- Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates preferred
- Knowledge of automobiles
- Positive attitude
- High volume mentality
- CSI focused
