Summary of Job Duties:

Possess the ability to work well with students
Tutor in basic skills math up to college algebra.
Tutor in science courses including biology and physical science.
Assist in topics using time management goalsetting learning styles blackboard Library resources.
Assist and conduct class pre- and post- assessments.
Help maintain cleanliness of the tutor lab to meet CDC Guidelines before and after class.
Document students individual progress maintain student attendance records.
Contact supervisor in advance when unable to come in for work.
Perform other Duties as requested.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in education math or related field-Masters preferred

Two or more years teaching on the college level-preferred

Experience developing curriculum-preferred

Demonstrate the ability to use basic computer programs that are applicable in a college setting.

$15-$18 per hour depending on educational background
