Location: Surprise AZ
Schedule: Monday through Friday full time
- Create a warm safe and nurturing environment for infants
- Support social emotional sensory and motor development through responsive care
- Follow daily routines including feeding diapering naps and transitions
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Build trusting relationships with families through consistent communication
- Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Maintain clean organized and calm classroom environments
- Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred
- Valid fingerprint card required
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
- Patient reliable and attentive to infant care routines
- Strong focus on health safety and developmental needs
