Field Service Dispatcher
LOCATION: Villavicencio- Meta-Colombia
DEPARTMENT:SUPPLY CHAIN
PurposeSupervises the development of services in oil fields by controlling theexecution of activities in accordance with the established serviceprogram issuing management reports about the rendered serviceproviding the customer with technical assistance and ensuring suppliers assistance.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensures suppliers assistance verifying performed tasks controllingsuppliers invoicing and communicating deviations to top management.
- Provides technical assistance to the customer responding to queriesproviding explanatory information regarding the use of products technical assistance to the customer responding to queriesproviding explanatory information regarding the use of products ingeneral.
- Participates in the design of expenses investments and personnel budgetwith the FSM or FSSM.
- Ensures tools quality controlling the cleanliness good maintenance anduse of materials in the operation process.
Knowledge and Experience Required
Over 2 years at Tenaris.
Engineering professional.
Intermediate English.
