Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative systems
Manage office staff providing guidance training and support
Act as the first point of contact for parents staff and visitors
Handle correspondence emails and telephone communications efficiently
Maintain accurate pupil and staff records including attendance and admissions
Support HR processes including recruitment contracts and staff documentation
Manage office supplies budgets and administrative resources
Organise school events meetings and communications
Ensure compliance with safeguarding health and safety and data protection policies
Support the smooth operation of school activities and events
Prepare reports letters and documentation as required
Contribute to a professional welcoming and efficient school environment

Have previous experience in school administration or office management
Be highly organised professional and proactive
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be confident in using Microsoft Office and school management systems
Show strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff effectively
