The Role
Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 with the opportunity to teach KS5 Biology Chemistry or Physics depending on specialism
Planning and delivering engaging well-structured lessons that promote curiosity and academic excellence
Supporting practical work and ensuring high standards of laboratory safety
Assessing student progress and providing clear constructive feedback
Contributing positively to the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in a Science-related subject
Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Strong subject knowledge and confidence delivering practical science
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A professional proactive and collaborative approach
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
