Customer Description:
The customer is a regulated financial institution focused on providing secure compliant and bank-grade services for digital financial assets to institutional and private clients.
The organization operates an integrated platform that combines custody trading asset management lending and digital instrument services while adhering to strict regulatory and security standards.

Strong analytical thinking problem-solving skills and system design capabilities
Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies.
Hard Skills / Must Have:
7 years of experience in Backend or Full-Stack development (with a strong backend focus).
Strong proficiency in NestJS TypeScript and PostgreSQL. ReactJS experience is a strong plus.
In-depth knowledge of NestJS advanced modules (Guards Interceptors Pipes Custom Decorators).
Proficiency with Git (Gitflow model) and collaborative coding practices.
Understanding of application architecture principles and modular design (NX is a plus).
Hard Skills / Nice to Have:
Experience with other relevant technologies like Docker CI/CD rools and cloud platforms (AWS) is a plus
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Develop and maintain scalable backend services with NestJS and TypeScript; build REST APIs and work with databases/ORMs.
Support frontend development with React and collaborate on UI integrations.
Implement advanced NestJS constructs (Guards Interceptors Pipes Providers Custom Decorators).
Improve backend performance through profiling caching and bottleneck analysis.
Work with microservices async workflows message queues and third-party integrations.
Contribute to architecture improvements and internal AI initiatives
