We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Support Agent (Travel) to join our passionate this role you will be the first point of contact for travelers seeking assistance information and advice regarding their travel plans. The ideal candidate will not only possess excellent communication skills but also a genuine passion for travel and providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with booking travel arrangements including flights hotels and transportation
  • Provide information on travel policies procedures and destination highlights
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving skills
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in our CRM system
  • Stay updated on travel trends policies and customer service best practices

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in travel and tourism are a plus
  • Proven experience in customer service preferably in the travel industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
