Schedule: Full-Time 1st Shift (7:30 AM 4:30 PM) 9/80 schedule

Summary:
-
Lead execution of NAVAIR RCM and CBM tasks
-
Perform detailed RCM analysis in accordance with SAE JA1011/JA1012 standards
-
Analyze system functions failure modes effects and consequences
-
Utilize FMECA and reliability data to develop maintenance strategies
-
Prepare clear RCM reports with findings and recommendations
-
Recommend preventive predictive and corrective maintenance actions
-
Evaluate maintenance task effectiveness feasibility and cost impact
-
Support development of maintenance plans and schedules
-
Analyze operational failure and maintenance data
-
Support root cause analysis and failure investigations
Requirements:
-
Clearance: Not required to start; must have ability to obtain Secret clearance if needed
-
Experience with NAVAIR RCM and CBM
-
Knowledge of NAVAIR policies DoD requirements and industry standards
-
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals (e.g. IPCs maintenance manuals technical orders)
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in a related technical field
-
Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) ASQ
-
RCM Practitioner Certification or NAVAIR/DoD RCM training
-
Experience with tools such as GOLD REDARS and Haystack
-
Experience with military or commercial aircraft systems and modifications
-
Familiarity with maintenance documentation (ICA overhaul manuals wiring diagrams etc.)
-
Knowledge across electrical mechanical and systems engineering disciplines
