Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a newly created opportunity for a Category Sales Manager within our Appliance team.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication Skills - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and deliver presentations to groups.
  • Leadership & Team Motivation - Proven ability to lead motivate and influence individuals and teams across multiple functions.
  • Technical Proficiency - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) and able to learn Fergusons inventory and logistics systems.
  • Regional Travel Capability - Ability to travel within the region as required to support sales customer service and leadership needs. (KS/MO/ND/SD/NE/IA/MN)
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking - Ability to analyze market data customer feedback and operational activities to recommend solutions and support regional strategy.
  • Experience 5 years of appliance experience preferred

Pay Range:

$5175.00 - $12402.50

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
