Job Summary: Leidos is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Due Diligence Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda Maryland. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in developing a broad range of written products in support of senior leadership and USG policymakers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support national-level intelligence and strategic issues by bringing specialized experience with a Strategic Supply Chain focus.
- Conduct due diligence on potential entities reviewing financial statements tax returns and other relevant documents.
- Analyze financial performance including revenue growth profitability and cash flow.
- Evaluate operational efficiency management structure and internal controls.
- Assess market trends competitive landscape and industry dynamics identifying potential risks and opportunities including regulatory financial and operational risks
- Prepare due diligence reports and other written materials including Final Risk Assessments Due Diligence Risk Records Other products as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
- BA degree and 12 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 13 years of prior relevant experience in finance accounting business or related field. Experience may be exchanged for degree requirements.
- 5-10 years of experience in due diligence investment banking private equity or a related field.
- Current understanding of industry trends regulatory changes and best practices in due diligence.
- Familiarity with NIST 100-161 and K-10 fillings
- Strong analytical problem-solving written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Bloomberg Pitch Book)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA CFA etc.)
- Professional certification (CPA CFA etc.)

Pay Range:
Pay Range $116350.00 - $210325.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
