Role Summary: Lead the tax processing COE owning scalable controlled and timely execution of tax operational processes across entities funds and jurisdictions.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the current processes and team members responsible for the execution of various workstreams including tax notices tax refunds and tax documentation for newly formed entities.
• Review current period account activity and workpaper supporting schedules for financial statement accounts and coordinate results with Consolidation Accounting and Reporting Team.
• Work with Corporate Accounting and Treasury monthly cash records and Oracle reconciliations.
• Manage accounting to support partner tax receivables balances associated with withholding and composite taxes and communicate balances to stakeholders including but not limited to insiders former employees Strategic Incentives Group and management.
• Manage the federal and state registration process to ensure payment can be made
• Transition endtoend tax payment workflows including approvals and online payment processing (excluding checks) from the NY Team to the COE Team.
• Oversee monthly and annual sales and use tax for BASP
• Design and implement KPIs SLAs and control metrics to ensure timely accurate and scalable execution
• Track and report project progress to the Tax Transformation and Operations MD in real time and work side-by-side with the Tax Transformation and Ops COE Data Operations and AEOI VPs.
• Liaise with various tax teams to determine improvements and cost/benefit of technology
