Role Summary: Own the tax data and investor onboarding operating model ensuring data integrity regulatory compliance and a consistent highquality experience across all business units.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee global tax data governance standards and controls including ownership of the tax data operations service center.
• Ensure accuracy completeness and compliance of internal and external investor and legal entity tax data in MDM.
• Own the endtoend investor onboarding and resolicitation operating model in conjunction with the AEOI Lead driving standardization efficiency and clear communication across stakeholders and BUs.
• Oversee the creation and review of internal WForms and ensure adherence to approved workflows and documentation standards.
• Manage relationships with tax service providers and other vendors to collect validate store and distribute tax data for downstream tax reporting and regulatory processes.
• Partner with Tax Technology and AEOI leadership to align data strategy with system capabilities and regulatory requirements.
• Track and report progress risks and key metrics to the Tax Transformation MD in real time.
• Support FATCA/CRS compliance activities in coordination with AEOI and external providers.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality controls and costeffectiveness through process or technology enhancements.
