About the role
As a Support Analyst youll be the first line of defence for the applications and platforms our people rely on every day to support environmental protection and inform the public. Youll:
This is a handson role with real variety from incident response and problem management to continuous improvement and automation across CRMs websites automated workflows and more.
About You
You dont need to tick every box but youll likely bring experience in application and/or infrastructure support with confidence working across cloud virtual or hybrid environments. Youll have strong incident and problemmanagement skills a customerfocused mindset and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure. Were looking for someone who is curious resilient and keen to keep learning with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Relevant tertiary qualifications are welcome but practical handson experience is just as important.
Cyber security is everyones this role youll play an active part in protecting the Departments digital resources and supporting a strong security posture.
