The National Account Business Executive serves as the primary point of contact for developing and managing national account relationships. This role drives strategic growth across targeted industry segments by developing account-specific sales plans building strong customer partnerships and coordinating execution between the corporate team and franchise network to grow revenue and profitability.
What Youll Do
Identify and pursue new national account opportunities through proactive prospecting networking and lead generation.
Secure and lead meetings with key decision-makers at large complex customer organizations.
Develop negotiate and close profitable sales agreements aligned with company growth objectives.
Evaluate customer needs and market conditions to recommend solutions that drive value and revenue.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts ensuring satisfaction retention and program compliance.
Build long-term consultative customer relationships while identifying expansion and upsell opportunities.
Partner with franchisees to ensure local execution aligns with national account programs and standards.
Address customer issues promptly and proactively to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Collaborate with Inside Sales Commercial Sales leadership Marketing and other internal teams to align strategies and execution.
Maintain accurate sales activity opportunity tracking and account documentation within CRM systems.
Support sales forecasting budgeting and performance reporting activities.
Track and analyze national account program performance and provide insights to improve results.
Operate within assigned budget guidelines and support responsible resource allocation.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field required.
Minimum of 6 years of national account sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Demonstrated success managing large complex accounts and negotiating profitable agreements.
Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
Strong communication listening and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
Ability to analyze financial and performance data and develop data-driven recommendations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Self-motivated highly organized and able to manage priorities independently.
Experience working within franchise or multi-location business environments preferred.
Operational or P&L exposure within a sales organization is a plus.
