The Role

Reporting into the Workshop Controller and Aftersales Management team you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and servicing while maintaining manufacturer and site standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out servicing and repairs to the highest standards
• Diagnosing and rectifying vehicle faults using modern diagnostic equipment
• Completing electronic job cards PDI documentation service reports and health checks
• Producing high-quality vehicle health check videos
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety requirements
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet quality and productivity targets
• Keeping up to date with the latest vehicle technologies including Hybrid and EV

The Ideal Candidate

Essential:

• NVQ / IMI qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong numeracy literacy and IT skills
• A professional approach with attention to detail
• Enthusiastic reliable and quality-driven

Desirable:

• Main dealer or manufacturer-approved workshop experience
• Previous manufacturer training or certifications
