Role Overview
The school is seeking a skilled and motivated Performing Arts Technician to support productions rehearsals and lessons.
The role involves managing technical aspects of performances and supporting students in creative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Setting up lighting and sound equipment
Supporting rehearsals and performances
Maintaining technical equipment
Assisting with stage management
Supporting drama and dance lessons
Managing props and costumes
Ensuring health and safety compliance
Supporting school productions and events
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have experience in technical theatre and a passion for performing arts.
They will be organised proactive and able to work under pressure.
Requirements
Experience with lighting and sound systems
Knowledge of theatre production processes
