Sephora SEAs omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia India Indonesia Malaysia New Zealand the Philippines Singapore and Thailand) with 100 stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e. Click and collect and marketplace).

Head of Marketing Singapore & Malaysia (SGMY)

The Head of Marketing Malaysia & Singapore (SGMY) is responsible for defining and delivering the end-to-end marketing strategy to drive brand equity customer engagement and commercial growth across both markets.

This role (based in Singapore - our regional HQ for APAC ) leads the marketing agenda across brand commercial Loyalty and omni-channel marketing translating regional strategy into strong local execution while ensuring consistent brand expression and measurable business impact.

Steering Strategic Leadership & Brand Building

  • Activating the SGMY marketing strategy aligned with Sephora SEA and global brand direction
  • Strengthen Sephoras brand positioning and customer relevance across both mature and growth markets
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all consumer touchpoints

Driving Commercial & Omni-Channel Marketing

  • Drive traffic conversion and sales through integrated marketing campaigns across stores digital and e-commerce
  • Partner closely with Commercial Digital Retail and Merchandising teams to support business priorities and trading moments
  • Leverage data and insights to optimise campaign performance and ROI

Supporting CRM Loyalty Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Support regional CRM and loyalty strategies to grow customer lifetime value retention and engagement
  • Leveraging central CRM reporting to drive personalized communication and seamless customer journeys through customer insights and analytics.

People Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead coach and develop a high-performing marketing leadership team across SGMY
  • Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement
  • Build future-ready marketing capabilities in line with business growth

Champion Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Act as a key marketing partner to SGMY leadership and regional stakeholders
  • Effectively operate within a matrix organisation balancing local market needs with regional priorities
  • Ensure strong planning execution discipline and budget management

  • Have extensive senior marketing leadership experience in retail beauty FMCG or consumer brands
  • Bring strong omni-channel and commercial marketing expertise
  • Are a confident people leader with experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • Are strategic data-driven and execution-focused
