Focus Areas
- Leadpitch opportunities across APAC setting clear win strategies and ensuring high quality client centric strategy.
- Provide hands-on leadership and coaching including strategy development and presentation coaching.
- Drive proactive pitch planning across majorbusiness accounts identifying opportunities early to shape our approach and support the business pursue opportunities.
- Lead and develop the APAC Business Development Centre (BDC) setting clear priorities standards and expectations.
- Oversee pitch capability programs lifting pitch performance across the wider business including ongoing refreshing and amplifying tools and best practices across markets.
- Drive client success storytelling.
- Track and analyzepitch performance across service lines driving continuous improvement in quality effectiveness and outcomes.
- Lead the development and ongoing evolution of pitch tools templates and capability statements used across APAC.

- Excellent communications and networking experience and skills in a wide range of situations and with people at all levels within the organization
- A strong team player comfortable working collaboratively virtually and independently
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines managing multiple priorities effectively
- Candidates with less experience (but display strong potential) could be considered as Associate Director
