Job Summary
If you are a Finance professional Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are looking for an Executive/Sr. Executive to work with our Finance and Accounts team. This role will work closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Treasury Operations maintaining compliances with internal controls approval matrix FEMA and Banking Regulations. maintaining relations ship with bankers.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Manage daily cash flow liquidity planning and fund positioning
Process vendor payments tax payments and fund transfers
Handle banking operations including account maintenance signatory changes limits and mandates
Resolve difference and provide necessary clarification on the recon items in Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
Execute and track domestic and foreign payments including MTT transactions and HSS transactions
Coordinate with banks for transaction issues returns and confirmations
Ensure timely tax payments (TDS GST Advance Tax etc.) in coordination with the tax team
Maintain compliance with internal controls approval matrixes FEMA and banking regulations
Assist in statutory audit internal audit and audit requirements
Liaise with tax consultants for forming Form 15CA & 15CB for foreign remittances.

For This Role You Will Need:
Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience in Handling Banking Operations and Treasury function. (Manufacturing preferred).
